What Is Now Stocked

The expanded program covers three broad families. On the AC-DC side we stock the PBA enclosed supplies from 50 W to 600 W with a universal input, active PFC and a choice of convection or forced-air cooling. On the DC-DC side we stock the CBS open-frame and ZUS board-mount isolated converters. On the filter side we stock the NAC and EAC single-phase EMI filters with a range of currents and leakage codes. Together the families serve industrial control, medical equipment, telecom and datacom racks and test and measurement.

AC-DC Supplies

The stocked PBA supplies give a rugged, well-specified AC-DC conversion with a universal input of about 85 V to 264 V AC, an adjustable output, an operating LED, protection for over-current and over-voltage and a harmonic attenuator that meets the IEC 61000-3-2 requirement. The convection units suit a sealed or a quiet panel and the fan-cooled units suit a higher load, so the range covers a wide set of applications.

DC-DC Converters and Filters

The stocked CBS and ZUS converters give an isolated board rail from a DC bus, so a board is protected and a ground loop is broken, and the stocked NAC and EAC filters attenuate the conducted emissions from about 150 kHz and up with a selectable leakage current. Together they let a designer build the whole power chain from one supplier.
